Description. On males black color disperse to the breast's bottom; the flanks and the abdomen are orange; the outer webs of the secondaries and tertials are not white.

Distribution. Breeds in highlands of Tien Shan (possibly also in Karatau and Chu-Iliyskiye mountains), in Dzhungarskiy Alatau, Monrak and Saur, in Southwest Altai, Kalbinskiy Altai, in Kokon Mts., Chingiztau, Kyzylray and Byurtas, and also in Ulytau mountains. It probably lives in the area adjacent to Balkhash lake from north (Bektauata, rocks on Balkhash coast). On migration occurs usually in eastern Kazakhstan in the west occasionally up to Kurgaldzhino Reserve, Syrdarya valley at Dzhulek and on Ustyurt. It is regular migrant in highlands of Zailiyskiy Alatau ridge (Bolshoye Almatinskoye lake) where observed 26 March - 30 April and 14 August - 22 September.
